Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of Trading Ark's services, all sales are final. By completing your purchase through Whop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

No refunds will be issued once access to any of the following has been granted:

This policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed or used the services following purchase. The moment Discord or TradingView access is granted, the service has been delivered.

2. Why We Do Not Issue Refunds

Trading Ark provides digital services that are delivered immediately or near-immediately upon payment. Once you have been granted access:

3. Billing Error Claims

If you believe you were charged in error — for example due to a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, or a clear technical billing error — you must contact us promptly.

To submit a billing error claim:

We will review all billing error claims and respond within 2 business days. If a genuine billing error is confirmed we will issue an appropriate correction. Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window will not be eligible for review.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Trading Ark subscription at any time through your Whop account settings. To cancel:

  1. Log into your Whop account
  2. Navigate to your active memberships
  3. Select Trading Ark and follow the cancellation prompts

Filing a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor without first contacting Trading Ark and allowing us a minimum of 5 business days to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and will result in:

Attempting to obtain a free membership by initiating a chargeback after receiving access constitutes theft of services and will be treated accordingly.

We strongly encourage all members to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute. We are committed to resolving genuine billing issues promptly and fairly.
